The Board of Directors consists of three individuals who are owners and are elected by their fellow owners. Board members serve without compensation and are responsible for making the decisions affecting our property. Decisions concerning the property are made during the Board's regularly scheduled meetings.
In between the regularly scheduled Board meetings, the association relies on The Lawrence Community Management Group to carry out the Board’s decisions and handle all communications by and between the Association’s owners, contractors, and vendors. If you have questions or concerns about the maintenance of the property, please direct the matter to The Lawrence Community Management Group. In case of an emergency, such as a fire, you should contact the fire/police departments.
